Professional turnover cleaning designed to prepare a short-term rental property between scheduled guests. The service focuses on routine guest-use cleaning, presentation, bed setup, approved amenity restocking, condition documentation, and final property reset.
The scope, service window, and final pricing are customized according to the property, turnover requirements, and approved add-ons.
PRE-SERVICE PROPERTY CHECK
• Review of property access and turnover instructions
• Verification of approved service areas and reset requirements
• Review of the property’s visible condition before cleaning
• Documentation of visible damage, missing items, excessive guest mess, or unusual conditions
• Pre-service condition photos when required
• Notification of urgent access, safety, maintenance, or turnover concerns

• Dusting and wiping of accessible furniture and surfaces

• Reset of approved lightweight furniture and property items
• Carpet, rug, stair, and accessible floor vacuuming
• Sweeping and mopping of applicable hard-surface floors

AMENITY & SUPPLY RESET
• Restocking of approved guest amenities according to documented property instructions
• Placement of client-provided paper products, toiletries, trash liners, coffee supplies, and other authorized items
• Documentation of visibly low, missing, damaged, or unavailable supplies
Aquaris One uses only supplies provided and made available by the owner or property manager. Purchasing, replacing, transporting, or guaranteeing the availability of guest supplies is not included unless specifically authorized.
AQUARIS ONE QUALITY CONTROL
Our cleaning team follows a property-specific operational checklist based on the approved quote and turnover instructions. Each service includes area verification, final quality-control photos, condition and service-deviation documentation, a final property walkthrough, and property-reset and security checks.
Quality control confirms completion of the approved cleaning and reset scope only. It does not certify repairs, building safety, maintenance condition, complete inventory, code compliance, or guest satisfaction.

NOT INCLUDED
Property repairs or maintenance; replacement of missing or damaged items; complete inventory reconciliation; supplying or purchasing linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, food, beverages, or guest amenities; laundry service unless approved; detailed cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, cabinets, drawers, closets, or storage areas; excessive dishwashing; removal of abandoned personal property; excessive trash or party cleanup; detailed baseboard, blind, window-track, corner, or edge cleaning; carpet extraction or shampooing; upholstery or mattress cleaning; full wall washing; heavy furniture or appliance moving; mold or biohazard remediation; pest or animal-waste cleanup; hoarding cleanup; construction or renovation debris; exterior cleaning or pressure washing; high-access cleaning; or specialty restoration.
Turnover service is based on routine guest-use conditions. Excessive mess, stains, damage, delayed guest departure, unavailable utilities, remaining occupants, missing clean linens, insufficient restocking supplies, or conditions outside the approved scope may require additional labor, revised pricing, rescheduling, or another service category.
