NOT INCLUDED
Carpet extraction; machine floor scrubbing; floor stripping, waxing, polishing or burnishing; interior or exterior window cleaning; high-access cleaning; appliance interior cleaning; heavy buildup or restoration cleaning; biohazard remediation; construction or renovation debris; pest or animal waste cleanup; specialty services; or work outside the approved Scope of Work.
Final scope and pricing are based on facility size, condition, accessibility, traffic level, floor types, service requirements, and any approved add-on services. Work beyond the approved scope will be discussed and authorized before additional charges are applied.
