Recurring service is available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on another approved schedule. The final scope and pricing are customized according to the property, selected frequency, service areas, and approved quote.

• Bed straightening when requested and linens are already in place

Our cleaning team follows a service-specific operational checklist based on the approved quote. Each visit includes room and area verification, final quality-control photos, documentation of visible issues or service limitations, and a final property walkthrough.

RECURRING SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Recurring Cleaning is a maintenance service intended to preserve an established cleaning baseline. It does not include the intensive buildup removal or detailed hand-cleaning performed during Initial Cleaning or Deep Cleaning.

If a service is postponed or missed, or if the property’s condition exceeds the approved recurring scope, Aquaris One may recommend Initial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, additional labor, or revised pricing before regular maintenance service continues.

NOT INCLUDED

Detailed hand-scrubbing of baseboards, doors, frames, trim, corners, or edges; slat-by-slat blind cleaning; detailed window-track cleaning; intensive grease, soap scum, mineral buildup, or stain removal; inside oven or refrigerator cleaning; cabinet or drawer interiors; interior or exterior window-glass cleaning; carpet extraction or shampooing; upholstery cleaning; laundry or changing bed linens; wall washing; moving heavy furniture or appliances; mold or biohazard remediation; pest or animal-waste cleanup; hoarding cleanup; construction or renovation debris; exterior cleaning or pressure washing; and high-access or specialty cleaning.

Services outside the standard recurring scope may be available with prior approval and an additional charge.
