A detailed residential cleaning service designed for vacant or substantially empty homes during a move, property turnover, sale, or change of occupancy.

The scope and final pricing are customized according to the property’s size, condition, approved service areas, and selected add-ons.

PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS

The property must be vacant or substantially empty before service begins. Personal belongings, food, furniture, moving materials, and excessive trash must be removed unless their handling is specifically included in the approved quote.

Working water, electricity, adequate lighting, and safe access to all approved service areas must be available.

KITCHEN

• Countertops and accessible backsplash surfaces
• Sink and faucet
• Stovetop and exterior controls
• Microwave interior and exterior
• Exterior of refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and other accessible appliances
• Empty cabinet and drawer interiors and exteriors
• Empty pantry shelves and approved kitchen storage areas
• Doors, frames, handles, light switches, baseboards, and trim
• Interior window sills and accessible window tracks
• Light dusting of accessible blinds
• Accessible light fixtures, vents, and elevated surfaces
• Removal of routine grease and food residue
• Floor vacuuming or sweeping and mopping
• Standard household trash removal

BATHROOMS

• Toilet cleaning and disinfection
• Sink, faucet, vanity, and countertop
• Mirrors and accessible fixtures
• Tub, shower, shower doors, tracks, and accessible wall surfaces
• Removal of routine soap residue and mineral buildup
• Empty cabinet and drawer interiors and exteriors
• Doors, frames, handles, light switches, baseboards, and trim
• Interior window sills and accessible window tracks
• Accessible vents and light fixtures
• Floor vacuuming or sweeping and mopping
• Standard household trash removal

BEDROOMS, CLOSETS, LIVING & COMMON AREAS

• Dusting and wiping of safely accessible surfaces
• Empty closet, shelf, built-in, and approved storage-area interiors and exteriors
• Exterior surfaces of any furniture remaining in the approved service areas
• Doors, frames, handles, light switches, baseboards, and trim
• Interior window sills and accessible window tracks
• Light dusting of accessible blinds
• Accessible interior mirrors and approved non-window glass surfaces
• Accessible ceiling fans, light fixtures, vent covers, registers, and air-return exteriors
• Removal of accessible cobwebs
• Vacuuming of carpets, rugs, stairs, corners, edges, and empty floor areas
• Sweeping and mopping of applicable hard-surface floors
• Standard household trash removal

Our cleaning team follows a service-specific operational checklist based on the approved quote. Each service includes room-by-room verification, final quality-control photos, documentation of visible damage or service limitations, and a final property walkthrough.

Quality control confirms completion of the approved cleaning scope only. It does not certify repairs, lease compliance, property-inspection approval, occupancy readiness, or security-deposit eligibility.

AVAILABLE ADD-ONS

The following services may be added with prior approval and an additional charge:

• Inside oven cleaning
• Inside refrigerator cleaning
• Interior or exterior window-glass cleaning
• Carpet extraction or shampooing
• Additional trash or item-removal services when available
• Other approved specialty services

NOT INCLUDED

Full wall or ceiling washing; removal of paint, adhesive, construction residue, permanent stains, or damaged material; carpet extraction or shampooing; upholstery cleaning; laundry; dishwashing; packing; organizing; moving heavy furniture or appliances; disposal of furniture, personal belongings, food, moving materials, or excessive trash; mold or biohazard remediation; pest or animal-waste cleanup; hoarding cleanup; construction or renovation debris; exterior cleaning or pressure washing; and high-access or specialty restoration.

Cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, or other large appliances is not included unless specifically listed in the approved quote.

Cleaning results may vary because of age, wear, permanent staining, damage, mineral deposits, grease accumulation, or the condition of the surface or material.

Services outside the approved scope may require additional labor, revised pricing, rescheduling, or a separate specialty service.
