A detailed first-time cleaning designed to establish a clean, well-maintained baseline before recurring service begins. Recommended for homes in normal to moderate condition.

Homes with heavy buildup, excessive grease, mineral deposits, or areas requiring intensive scrubbing may require our Deep Cleaning service.

Once the quote is approved, our cleaning team follows a corresponding room-by-room quality checklist to help ensure that the authorized work is completed and properly documented.

FINAL QUALITY CHECK

Our team completes an internal final quality check and documents visible issues, pre-existing conditions, or service limitations that may require attention.

NOT INCLUDED

Cleaning inside refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, or other appliances, except for the microwave interior; cabinet, drawer, closet, or storage-area interiors; interior or exterior window glass; detailed window-track cleaning; detailed slat-by-slat blind cleaning; intensive scrubbing or restoration of heavily soiled baseboards, doors, or trim; carpet extraction or shampooing; upholstery, mattress, or drapery cleaning; laundry, dishwashing, or changing bed linens; decluttering or organizing; full wall or ceiling washing; moving heavy furniture or appliances; heavy pet-hair removal; pet-waste or odor remediation; mold, biohazard, pest, hoarding, or hazardous-material cleanup; post-construction cleaning; exterior cleaning; or high-access and specialty cleaning.
