Carpet extraction; machine floor scrubbing; floor stripping, waxing, polishing or burnishing; interior or exterior window cleaning; high-access cleaning; appliance interior cleaning; construction or renovation debris; biohazard remediation; pest or animal waste cleanup; specialty restoration; or services outside the approved Scope of Work.

Final scope and pricing are based on the facility walkthrough/site assessment, facility size, condition, traffic level, floor types, accessibility, and specific service requirements. Work beyond the approved scope will be discussed and authorized before additional charges are applied.
