A complimentary on-site assessment designed to understand your facility, identify cleaning requirements, and develop a customized service plan and estimate based on the property’s specific needs.

FACILITY WALKTHROUGH

• On-site review of the facility
• Assessment of accessible service areas
• Review of floor types and surfaces
• Evaluation of restrooms and common areas
• Review of breakrooms and kitchenettes
• Assessment of general cleaning requirements
• Identification of areas requiring additional attention
• Review of facility access and service conditions

SERVICE & OPERATIONAL REVIEW

• Discussion of requested cleaning services
• Review of preferred service frequency
• Evaluation of traffic and usage levels
• Review of accessibility and service requirements
• Identification of potential add-on or specialty services
• Discussion of scheduling and service expectations

CUSTOMIZED ESTIMATE

Following the walkthrough, Aquaris One will use the information gathered to develop a customized cleaning scope and estimate based on the facility size, condition, accessibility, traffic level, floor types, service requirements, and requested frequency.

FINAL REVIEW

The assessment provides an opportunity to clarify the proposed scope, identify any conditions requiring special attention, and establish the appropriate service plan before work begins.

NOT INCLUDED

Cleaning services are not performed as part of the free assessment; repairs or maintenance; specialty restoration; carpet extraction; floor stripping, waxing, polishing or burnishing; interior or exterior window cleaning; high-access cleaning; biohazard remediation; construction or renovation cleanup; or any other service requiring a separate approved Scope of Work.

The Facility Assessment is provided at no charge and does not obligate the client to purchase cleaning services. Final pricing and service scope are provided after the facility assessment and require client approval before service is scheduled.
