SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Deep Cleaning provides additional time and attention but does not guarantee restoration to a new or original condition. Results may vary because of permanent staining, damage, wear, corrosion, grease accumulation, mineral deposits, or the condition of the surface.

If the property’s actual condition materially exceeds the information provided during the estimate, additional time, labor, specialized service, or revised pricing may require approval before work continues.

NOT INCLUDED

Cleaning inside refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, or other appliances, except for the microwave interior; cabinet, drawer, closet, or storage-area interiors; interior or exterior window glass; removal or restoration of blinds and window treatments; carpet extraction or shampooing; upholstery, mattress, or drapery cleaning; laundry, dishwashing, or changing bed linens; decluttering or organizing; full wall or ceiling washing; moving heavy furniture or appliances; heavy pet-hair removal; pet-waste or odor remediation; mold, biohazard, pest, hoarding, hazardous-material, post-construction, exterior, high-access, or specialty restoration services.
